We are seeking passionate and motivated Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LCSW-C, LMSW, LCPC, LGPC) to join our expanding team. Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy Conduct comprehensive assessments and treatment planning Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation (COMAR, Medicaid, CARF standards) Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team Deliver culturally competent, trauma-informed care Schedule & Compensation Full-Time: Competitive salary + comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, CEU support, retirement options).
