We seek experienced Behavioral Health Therapists (Masters Level-LSW/LISW or LPC/LPCC) to join our team! Schedule: Full-Time Therapist * Monday-Thursday 9 AM-7:30 PM or * Monday-Friday with varying schedule to accommodate two evening shifts until 7:30 PM The experienced Therapist should meet the following minimum requirements: * Minimum of (2) years of experience as a Therapist and/or Mental Health Counselor in a mental health environment. * Able to work the schedule as above noted for each role. * Masters Degree with an LSW/LPC or LISW/LPCC required * Experience working with adolescents and families * Psychiatric facility background preferred * Certified in BLS, CPR/AED and Standard First Aid Certification, preferred * Ability to be on-site Job Status: Full-time Pay: LSW/LPC - starting at $65,000 and LISW/LPCC - starting at $70,000 / *Compensation based on years of experience and licensure Medical Specialty: Psychiatry, Behavioral, Dual Diagnosis Education: Masters Degree Experience: Counseling - 2 years Work Location: In person Ability to Commute: Worthington, Ohio (Required) Schedule: * 8-hour shift or 10-hour Shift * Day shift * Full-time * Holidays License/Certification: LPC,LPCC, LSW,LISW Benefits: We offer a competitive benefits package with voluntary and company-paid plans that demonstrate the commitment we have to our staff in providing the best benefit options that prioritize employee well-being.
