Day-to-day responsibilities involve maintaining accurate clinical documentation, coordinating care with other healthcare professionals, and participating in case consultations. The therapist will monitor client progress, adjust interventions as needed, and provide crisis support when appropriate. Additional responsibilities may include contributing to program development, engaging in continuing education, and upholding ethical and regulatory standards in all aspects of practice.QualificationsDemonstrated skills in Treatment Planning and Mental Health assessment and intervention.
  • Competence in Family Therapy and working with diverse family systems.
  • Relevant master’s degree (e.g., Social Work, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology) and registered with an appropriate professional college or regulatory body.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to build therapeutic relationships across diverse populations.
  • Commitment to ethical practice, cultural humility, and ongoing professional development.
