Job Details Job Location: 2701 N BROAD - Philadelphia, PA 19132 Mental Health Therapist participates in Intake Evaluation, Individual, Family, Collateral, and Group Therapy sessions Attends Case Conferences and Supervision sessions Documents sessions using the Electronic Health Record, Credible Maintains and updates client demographic information in client chart Evaluates client’s progress regularly Creates/updates Treatment Plans in collaboration with client & client’s family Maintains and keeps current all required consent forms. Amount of Travel/Special conditions: Frequent travel in the community to conduct client outreach. Transportation of clients in company vehicle as required. Qualifications Master’s Degree in Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology or in a related field required. Must enjoy working with children and adolescents and designated families Must demonstrate a genuine fondness and respect for children, adolescents, adults and families Must be able to effectively communicate with other team members. Responsibilities

The Mental Health Therapist participates in various therapy sessions, including individual, family, and group therapy. They also document sessions, evaluate client progress, and create treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
