Description Patient Population ages 65 and above Carrollton, IL Onsite Up to $80,000 per year based on experience and licensure Schedule is Mon-Fri with no holidays, weekends, or on-call PMC will provide supervision for provisionally licensed Therapists or Social Workers if needed.
