Your Role Provide individual and group therapy for adolescent clients using evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, etc.). Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed. Deliver crisis intervention and safety planning when required. Collaborate with families, schools, and outside providers for continuity of care. Actively participate in treatment team meetings and quality improvement initiatives. Compensation & Benefits Pay Rate: Depends on licensure and commensurate with experience and qualifications Licensed Therapist : $31-40.86 hourly Unlicensed Therapist: $25-35 hourly 401(k) Retirement Plan Supportive work environment that prioritizes clinician well-being and sustainability Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am -2:00 pm (25 hours a week) Requirements What We’re Looking For Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field. Minimum of 2 years’ experience providing therapy to adolescents (behavioral health setting preferred). Skilled in evidence-based interventions and crisis management. Strong documentation skills and proficiency in EHR systems. Passion for helping adolescents achieve emotional wellness and resilience.
Responsibilities
The therapist will provide individual and group therapy to adolescents using evidence-based modalities, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver crisis intervention when necessary. Responsibilities also include collaborating with families and participating in treatment team meetings.
