Join our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team and help individuals with serious mental illness live independently, stay out of the hospital, and build meaningful lives in their communities. This is not traditional outpatient therapy. ACT is hands-on, team-based, and deeply impactful work—where every day is different, and your support meets clients where they are.
