Mental Health Therapist Supervisor Location: Oregon Pay: $100/hr to $250/hr Schedule: Monday to Friday Job Summary Gotham Enterprises Ltd is looking for Oregon clinical supervisors who can support mental health professionals with thoughtful, clear, and useful supervision. This role is ideal for supervisors who enjoy mentoring clinicians and helping them build stronger confidence in their clinical work. Through Gotham’s Find a Supervisor feature, clinicians can find supervisors by location, license type, specialty, and supervision needs. Oregon supervisors who join the platform can help make supervision easier to access for clinicians moving toward their goals. Key Responsibilities Provide supervision and clinical consultation Support documentation, ethics, treatment planning, and case review Help supervisees grow with structure and accountability Follow Oregon supervision and licensing requirements Maintain professional supervision records Active Oregon clinical license in good standing Eligible license types may include Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Psychologist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Must be qualified to supervise under Oregon board rules Clinical supervision experience preferred Join Gotham’s Find a Supervisor platform here: https://find-supervisor.gothamenterprisesltd.com
