Assesses clients’ mental health needs, develops personalized treatment plans, and provides individual, couple, family or group therapy sessions to help clients address emotional, behavioral, and psychological challenges, utilizing various therapeutic approaches to improve their overall well-being; requiring a Master’s degree in counseling or a related field and a state-issued license to practice; working in an outpatient private practice setting; trauma and family specialties is preferred

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or a related field
• Current state licensure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of various therapeutic approaches and techniques
• Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans
• Experience working with diverse populations
