The Opportunity: * Completes clinical assessments using a bio/psycho/social/spiritual approach and develops treatment plans in collaboration with the client. * Delivers a variety of evidence-based counselling and intervention approaches tailored to meet the unique needs of each client (e.g., CBT, DBT, solution-focused, motivational interviewing, EMDR, play therapy). * Liaises with a multidisciplinary team of health and social service professionals to assist with case planning, assessment, treatment implementation, including follow-up and case management. Wage Range: The target hiring range for this position is $44.5686 to $57.7176 per hour. Candidates will typically be hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the wage range. Placement within the wage range is dependent on the applicants’ role specific knowledge, skills, abilities, related experience and in consideration of factors such as market conditions and internal equity.
