JOB SUMMARY
The Mental Health Training Executive will provide administrative and logistical support for mental health training programmes.
It involves coordinating training sessions, managing schedules, handling participant registrations, and ensuring smooth operations of workshops and events.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to support trainers and facilitators in executing high-quality training initiatives.
KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Knowledge of mental health education, psychological support and psychological first aid.
Understanding of community-based mental health services and stakeholder and vendor management.
Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills to handle multiple training programmes.
Experience in event coordination, logistics management or training administration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with stakeholders.
Data analysis skills, monitoring and evaluation of training data.
Ability to work independently while supporting a dynamic team.
Ability to conduct trainings is a bonus.
QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, psychology, social work or related field.
Minimum 3 years relevant experience in administrative, events coordination or training support roles.
