About the Role: Are you a proactive and organised professional who can provide outstanding customer service while maintaining the highest standards of patient confidentiality? To be successful in this role, you will have strong customer service skills, understand the importance of maintaining patient confidentiality, demonstrate excellent initiative, and be a motivated and driven individual. As the first point of contact for the ward, you will play an important role in creating a safe, supportive, and respectful experience for everyone accessing the service. Using your exceptional customer service skills, you will assist patients, visitors, and staff while contributing to the smooth day-to-day operation of the Ward. You will be responsible for ordering and maintaining office supplies, managing records and documentation, coordinating meetings and room bookings, and supporting minor financial and administrative processes. Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to a positive workplace culture and build strong, professional relationships with colleagues across the service.
