Location Flexible working - principally home based with some travel within the Strathclyde & Central area to deliver face-to-face advice and support.
Salary £22,932 + excellent benefits
Hours 35 hours per week (flexible working)
Status Fixed Term to 31 March 2026

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Home Energy Scotland (HES) team as a Mentor.
As a Mentor, you will play a key role in the enterprise, collaborating with customers to ensure that they receive impartial advice and guidance over the telephone, via email and face to face at events.
You will inspire positive change in your customers lives by empowering individuals to reveal the right pathway for them so they can reach a positive and sustainable future.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a genuine passion for helping others. Previous experience in a customer-driven environment will be key to success in this role.
