OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate FEMALE Mentor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting this individual in her daily life. This position requires experience with complex medical needs.

SKILLS

• MUST HAVE a caregiving or nursing background with the ability to work with persons with disabilities.

• Provide assistance with all activities of daily living including: bathing, feeding, tube feeding, medication administration, meal preparation, independent use of mechanical lift, light housekeeping.
• Provide one-on-one mentoring.
• Develop tailored mentoring and recreational plans that address her unique needs.
