POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and creative Mentors to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are deeply committed to empowering others, can set healthy boundaries, and enjoy fostering meaningful connections. As a Mentor, you will work 1:1 with clients in the community, at home, and in real-world environments to support them in building confidence, self-reliance, and joy in daily living.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Background in mentorship, education, caregiving, or mental health-related work preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and healthy boundaries
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations
  • Flexible schedule (weekday, weekend, or evening availability as needed)
  • CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Experience with neurodivergent individuals and/or mental health challenges is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Provide consistent, structured mentorship tailored to each client’s needs, interests, and goals
  • Assist clients with life skills such as cooking, budgeting, organization, and healthy routines
  • Support clients in social, recreational, and community engagement activities
  • Encourage personal passions (art, music, fitness, etc.) and help translate them into skill-building opportunities
  • Collaborate with families, case managers, and other care team members to ensure cohesive support
  • Model and encourage healthy communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Maintain accurate session notes and follow company protocols for reporting and communication
  • Uphold professional boundaries while creating a safe, respectful, and empowering environment
