Description

As part of the Mentor Programme, you will be invited to educational workshops and social events that will provide you with deep insights into our toolbox and life as a consultant. These events provide great opportunities to network with Deloitte professionals and fellow peers.
Throughout the programme, you will also receive personalised guidance through 1:1 sessions with a mentor from Deloitte’s Finance Transformation team. These sessions are aimed at guiding you towards your personal and professional ambitions and goals. Topics touched upon with your assigned mentor can cover everything from student life, courses, and bachelor/thesis topics to career sparring and dialogues around CV and applications. The mentor-mentee relation is centred around your development, whereas you will be the one to choose the topics that are most relevant for you to discuss.

The Mentor Programme 2026 runs from January to September 2026. Throughout the course of the programme, we have arranged four main events that we expect you to attend*:

  • Event 1, ultimo January : Your journey begins | Welcome & introduction to the programme
  • Event 2, primo March : Framework insights | Explore self & social awareness
  • Event 3, ultimo April : Tools & techniques | Empower interaction & drive impact
  • Event 4, ultimo August : The final bash | An evening of good times**

In addition to the main events, we will arrange smaller group sessions with 3-4 mentees and mentors. These sessions will allow you to network in a more personal setting and gain deeper insights into areas such as client projects and tools.
* The event dates are subject to change, and the final dates will be provided later.
** All events are held in the evening and start at 16:00 earliest.
