POSITION SUMMARY

Community Youth Mentoring is seeking a passionate, organized, and people-oriented Mentoring Coordinator to lead both our School-Based and Traditional One-on-One Mentoring programs throughout Erie County. This is a rewarding, mission-driven opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children ages 6–18 by helping build strong mentoring relationships that inspire growth, confidence, and connection.
This part-time role offers a consistent Monday–Thursday schedule from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM with adjustable hours to fit personal and family needs. Occasional evening hours may be required for special events or meetings. Reduced summer hours can also be accommodated, making this a great position for working parents, retirees, or others seeking meaningful, flexible employment.
