Artful Blend is an independent, creatively-driven café known for specialty coffee, feel-good food, and a vibrant atmosphere. We’re ready to elevate our offerings- we want to take our menu and baked offering to the next level.

• Develop and refine our brunch menu with fresh, seasonal, and imaginative dishes
• Lead recipe creation and testing for house-baked goods, including:
• Sourdough and other artisanal breads
• Pastries, cakes, cookies, and seasonal bakes
• Introduce and maintain kitchen systems for scaling recipes, food prep, and consistency
• Collaborate with the founder on food styling and visual presentation
• Provide training and mentorship to team members on baking and kitchen techniques
• Support occasional pop-ups, community events, and food experiences
