SKILLS

General Skills and Info:
Ø Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
Ø 3-5 years of post-graduate experience in BIM
Ø BIM Project delivery experience
Ø Must be available to join immediately
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month

  • BIM: 2 years (Preferred)
Responsibilities

Ø Should holds B.Tech or B.E (all discipline) or any Bachelor’s Degree
Ø BIM Coordination and daily management of BIM project data sets/workflows and project setup.
Ø Develop discipline-wise models from the basic inputs available for the specific discipline at various stages of the project
Ø Assist the project team in all technical BIM-related matters.
Ø Review of clash reports with the project team and the general contractor and lead this process when needed.
Ø Resolving the Clashes based on the inputs from the concerned team.
Ø Reporting to the project lead, coordinating with all project teams to ensure the timely delivery of the project requirements.

Ø Develop the drawings as per the project/client standards by adding annotations like tags, dimensions, and flow rates as required for the Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing/Fire services.

  • Proficiency in BIM software, particularly Revit MEP.
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction processes.
