As a BIM Coordinator at Azizi Developments, you will be an essential part of our Technical Office team, reporting directly to the Senior BIM Engineer. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating all BIM processes across Architectural, Structural, MEP, and Interior Design disciplines, ensuring effective collaboration between design consultants, internal engineering teams, and contractors. Your role will involve reviewing and validating BIM models and deliverables to ensure constructability, compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and site requirements. You will lead BIM coordination meetings, facilitate clash detection and resolution, support value engineering initiatives by offering model-based solutions, and provide BIM-related technical support to site teams to ensure the design intent is accurately executed during construction. At Azizi, we manage the entire project lifecycle—from design development through construction supervision to property management—upholding the highest standards of quality, precision, and innovation. Through your BIM expertise, you will drive efficient digital collaboration and contribute significantly to the seamless and successful delivery of our iconic developments.
