3+ years of experience in MEP Construction Filed in UAE.
Currently available in UAE and able to join immediately.

SKILLS & EXPERTISE REQUIRED

• Deep understanding of MEP systems: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, etc.
• Familiarity with building codes, standards (ASHRAE, NEC, IPC), and regulations.
• Coordination: Manage subcontractors and main contractor; ensure smooth interface between MEP and civil/architectural works.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Planning & scheduling: Ability to create and manage timelines, sequences, and milestones.
• Conflict resolution: Handles disputes calmly and professionally.
• Detail-oriented: Ensures every component is installed correctly and in compliance with specifications.
• QA/QC focus: Regular inspections and testing to maintain quality and avoid rework.
• Strong documentation: Maintains accurate records of daily progress, inspections, and incidents.

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in one of the following:

• Mechanical Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
