Description
Building Energy Rating Audits: Prepare improvement and optimisation proposals. Assist clients during transactions linked to energy performance. Participate in project execution reviews, prepare monthly monitoring reports, and conduct technical site visits. Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the construction lifecycle Work closely with colleagues across Ireland and the UK, supporting cross-team collaboration and resource optimisation Experience in a similar role, ideally within M&E consulting or the asset management sector. Exposure to technical report writing and use of surveying/reporting software Experience working in the built environment sector Understanding of regulatory compliance, design, and operation of mechanical and electrical systems. Ability to analyse technical documentation and deliver clear, actionable recommendations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Experience in M&E consulting, asset management, or the built environment (desirable) Proficiency in technical report writing, surveying, and reporting software (desirable) A focus on digital solutions and process optimisation
