Description

We are a reputable construction company in Dubai seeking an experienced MEP Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) field within the UAE construction industry.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as an MEP Coordinator in the UAE construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems, local building codes, and regulations (e.g., DEWA, Empower, Tabreed, SIRA, Etisalat/Du, etc…).
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other MEP-related software.
  • Monitor project progress and report on key milestones and challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and project requirements.
  • Proficiency in international codes & standards.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
    Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
