POSITIONSUMMARY:

AsanMEPCoordinator,youwillplayapivotalroleinmanagingandcoordinatingmechanical,electrical,andplumbing(MEP)systemsthroughoutthelifecycleofconstructionprojects.Youwillworkcloselywithconstructionprojectmanagers,designteams,andtradepartners,ensuringthatMEPsystemsarefullycoordinated,meetindustrystandards,andalignwithprojectschedulesandbudgets.ThispositionrequiresexpertiseinBuildingInformationModeling(BIM)andproficiencywithAutodesksoftware,suchasRevitandNavisworks.YouwillberesponsibleformanagingMEPscopes,bidprocesses,3Dcoordination,installationoversight,andstart-up.Thisrolerequiresstrongtechnicalknowledge,excellentcommunicationskills,andtheabilitytocollaboratewithdiversestakeholderstodeliverhigh-qualityprojects.

POSITIONREQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’sdegreeinConstructionManagement,Engineering,orarelatedfield(preferred).
• Minimumof3yearsinMEPcoordinationwithastrongfocusonBIM.
• ProventrackrecordofmanagingMEPsystemsforlarge-scaleconstructionprojects.
• AdvancedproficiencyinAutodeskRevit,Navisworks,andAutoCAD.
• KnowledgeofBIM360,AutodeskConstructionCloud(ACC)andothercollaborationtoolsisaplus.
• Strongproblem-solvingandanalyticalskills.
• Excellentcommunicationandteamcollaborationskills.
• Abilitytomanagemultipleprioritiesandmeettightdeadlines.
• AbletotravelwithintheChicagolandareaandoccasionallytoneighboringstates,withmostnightsspentathome.
  The target salary for this position is $110,000. We consider many factors when determining actual hiring salary. These factors may include location, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, internal equity, and market demands.
