In this exciting and versatile role, you will take on the following responsibilities:

  • Independent management of construction projects while considering economic and technical objectives
  • Coordination of the design process in construction projects
  • Optimization of designs and plans
  • Involvement in the acquisition of contracts and customer relationship management
  • Negotiations with clients, planners, and subcontractors
  • Staff deployment planning and leadership of project and site managers as well as design coordinatorsActing as the primary contact and advisor for our clients

QUALIFIKATIONEN

  • A successfully completed degree in Electrical Engineering and/or Building Services Engineering (HVAC). Alternatively, you have completed a master craftsperson qualification or are a state-certified technician.
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in MEP, construction, or project management, particularly in turnkey projects
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to structure processes
  • Independent, committed, and systematic working style combined with negotiation skills
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial approach, commitment, initiative, and strong team spirit
  • Extensive process and method knowledge, and a willingness to learn and grow with us
