We are hiring an MEP Design Manager to support a leading UAE developer on a portfolio of high-profile residential and mixed-use projects. Key Responsibilities: Manage and review MEP designs (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) through design and tender stages. Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and sustainability requirements. Provide technical input and coordination between architecture, structure, and MEP disciplines. Lead design review meetings and support tender evaluations.
Requirements
15 years’ experience in MEP design and project management. Strong background in design review and tendering processes. UAE and GCC project experience, ideally within mixed-use and residential developments. Prior exposure working with developers is essential.
