The MEP Draftsman is responsible for preparing detailed drawings, layouts, and shop drawings for mechanical9HVAC, Fire Fighting), electrical, and plumbing systems based on project specifications and design inputs.

• Prepare and develop detailed MEP shop drawings, layouts, and as-built drawings in line with project requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and clarity of drawings.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, international standards, and local authority requirements.
• Update and revise drawings based on site conditions, design changes, or consultant comments.
• Assist in the preparation of coordination drawings to resolve clashes between mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural works.
• Maintain drawing records, revisions, and proper documentation.
• Support site teams by providing technical drawings and details for execution.
• Work with AutoCAD/Revit or other drafting software to produce high-quality technical outputs.
• Ensure timely submission of drawings as per project schedules.
• Proven experience as an MEP Draftsman in construction or contracting companies (minimum 3–5 years preferred).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and MS Office; knowledge of BIM is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems.
• Good knowledge of international drafting standards and local authority regulations (Dubai Municipality, DEWA, ADDC, etc.).
• Diploma / ITI in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
