• Prepare detailed MEP drawings (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) using AutoCAD, Revit, and other drafting tools.
• Convert design concepts and engineering sketches into coordinated and accurate technical drawings.
• Ensure all MEP drawings comply with local codes, international standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, DEWA, ADDC, etc.), and client specifications.
• Coordinate MEP services with architectural, structural, and interior layouts to avoid clashes using 2D and 3D models.
• Develop shop drawings, as-built drawings, and installation details for HVAC, firefighting, drainage, water supply, lighting, and power systems.
• Revise and update drawings based on engineering feedback, site conditions, and inspection comments.
• Maintain organized records and documentation of drawings, revisions, and technical files.
• Assist in the preparation of technical submissions for authority approvals and tender documents.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, submission schedules, and quality standards.
