REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in MEP works for high-rise building projects.
• Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD MEP, Revit MEP, HAP, Dialux, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes, international standards, and safety regulations.
• Excellent project coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for an experienced MEP Engineer with a strong portfolio of high-rise building projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, coordination, and implementation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring they are fully integrated, cost-effective, and compliant with all relevant standards and regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan, design, and manage all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for high-rise buildings.
• Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless system integration.
• Review and approve MEP designs, shop drawings, and technical submittals.
• Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with approved plans, specifications, and safety requirements.
• Identify and resolve design or installation issues in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
• Ensure MEP systems meet energy efficiency, sustainability, and performance standards.
