QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of [2–5] years of experience in MEP design or execution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP or similar tools.
• Knowledge of relevant standards and codes.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team environment.

• Design and review MEP systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Supervise on-site installation and commissioning of MEP systems.
• Review technical drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals.
• Conduct quality control inspections and ensure compliance with building codes and standards.
• Prepare project documentation including BOQs, reports, and O&M manuals.
• Participate in project meetings and site coordination activities.
