Join a boutique, family-feel Design & Build company in Dubai, delivering high-quality projects with a personal touch. We’re seeking a hands-on MEP Site Engineer with proven experience in managing sub-contractors and driving site execution to the highest standards.

• Manage and coordinate onsite MEP, IT, AV, and Security works throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist with installation, post-construction coordination, defect rectification, and additional works.
• Review drawings, specifications, and schedules; provide solutions to meet client requirements and site conditions.
• Plan and oversee work execution, liaising between subcontractors, site teams, and authorities.
• Monitor project delivery, subcontractor performance, and workforce productivity; provide weekly progress reports.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and professional teams.
• Ensure compliance with company ISO and HSE management processes
