Job Description: The MEP Enginer coordinates with external design teams and oversees electrical and HVAC systems. Key tasks include supporting purchasing with quotations and assisting project managers in discussions with designers. It also involves improving company standards for MEP systems. Coordination and communication with external design teams Control of PD in the part of electrical and low-current HVAC systems processed externally Supporting the purchasing team in the preparation of requests for quotations Supporting PMs in discussions with designers, suppliers, clients (especially on complicated projects) Development and improvements of the company's standard (White Book) in the part of MEP systems We offer: A job in a dynamic international company, leading developer on the real estate market in CEE.
