QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical, Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant field.
• 3-5 years of experience in MEP engineering, preferably in fitout projects in the UAE or GCC region.
• Knowledge of MEP systems and installation procedures for fitout works.
• Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

• Oversee the installation and coordination of MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) on fitout projects.
• Work with architects and suppliers to ensure proper integration of MEP systems.
• Ensure MEP works are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to MEP installations.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
• Support the commissioning and testing of MEP systems to ensure functionality.
• Coordinate with the procurement team in order to deliver MEP materials and equipment to site.
• Maintain project documentation.
