Job Description:
We are seeking a licensed MEP Engineer in Florida to design, draw, and stamp Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing plans that integrate seamlessly with the existing San Destin Condo engineered plans. The project involves creating MEP designs that comply with Florida’s building codes and regulations. The ideal candidate should have experience in commercial and residential projects and must be able to provide a Florida MEP Engineer’s stamp. The San Destin Condo engineered plans are included in the attachments for reference.
Qualifications:
- Florida MEP Engineering License with stamping authority
- Proficiency in CAD, Revit, and AutoCAD
- Experience with commercial and residential projects
- In-depth knowledge of Florida building codes and regulations
- Ability to design, draw, and stamp MEP plans to work within existing engineered plans
