1. PLANNING & COORDINATION

Study drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project requirements before execution.
Plan daily, weekly, and monthly work schedules for MEP activities.
Coordinate with civil and finishing teams for service clearances (slab openings, wall sleeves, trenching, etc.).
Arrange necessary manpower, materials, and tools at the site.
