JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced MEP Engineer to join our team for luxury residential villa projects in the UAE. The MEP Engineer will be responsible for the coordination, installation, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The successful candidate will collaborate with contractors, clients, and project managers to ensure systems are designed and executed to the highest quality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience as an MEP Engineer, with at least 5 years of experience in the UAE.
• Proficiency in MEP design software and AutoCAD.
• Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of UAE building codes and industry standards.
• Valid UAE driving license.

• Oversee the installation and commissioning of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical wiring, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Review design and shop drawings, checking specifications of all MEP aspects.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure the reliability and efficiency of MEP systems.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all MEP design, installation, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure all work complies with local building codes and regulations.
