• Solid understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and construction regulations.
• Stay updated on market trends, including changes in material costs and labor rates
• Proven ability to prepare detailed cost estimates, project bids, and competitive tenders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong proficiency in estimating software (e.g., ProEst, Builder trend, etc.) and engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
