· Lead, coordinate and execute multiple MEP projects at a time.
· Studying & reviewing of tender documents and IFC drawings, technical specification & BOQ received to execute the project.
· Coordinate with other disciplines, with planning engineer and prepare necessary planning documents.
· Submission of MAS and obtain approval from the concerned authorities
· Preparation of shop drawings and obtain approval from concerned agencies.
· Raising MR on time based on procurement log.
· Coordination with project execution team on daily basis.
· Coordination with suppliers and subcontractors for on time job execution.
· Coordinate and execute testing & commissioning of concerned systems.
· Preparation, submit and obtain approval of O&M manual.
· Responsible for invoice submission, CVI submissions etc.
· Ensure that the project review process and other quality control guidelines are followed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RO400.000 - RO600.000 per month
