We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled MEP Engineer to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in the installation and construction phases of our swimming pools projects. The MEP Engineer will be responsible for the design, planning, and execution of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for our projects. This role requires a hands-on approach, working closely with project managers, site supervisors, and installation teams to ensure all MEP aspects are installed correctly, on time, and in compliance with all relevant codes and standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an MEP Engineer, specifically in the swimming pools.
Proven experience in designing and supervising the installation of swimming pool MEP systems, including filtration, circulation, heating, and automation.
Strong knowledge of relevant building codes and standards for plumbing and electrical systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
Ability to estimate the projects.
Proficiency in CAD software and MS Office Suite.
Valid UAE Driving License is essential.
English Proficiency is required.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
License/Certification:
Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings to develop detailed MEP plans for swimming pools.
Design and size plumbing systems, including circulation pumps, filters, and piping layouts.
Specify and design electrical systems, including lighting, control panels, and wiring for pumps and heaters.
Develop plans for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems as required for indoor pools or equipment rooms.
Select and specify appropriate MEP equipment and materials, ensuring they meet project requirements and budget constraints.
Supervise and coordinate the installation of all MEP systems on-site, ensuring work is performed according to approved plans and specifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site MEP-related issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.
Collaborate with other trades (e.g., civil, finishing) to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
Prepare and maintain all necessary technical drawings, submittals, and as-built documentation.
Prepare quotations, technical submittals, proposals, and specifications for new projects and maintenance contracts.
Ensure all MEP installations comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Ensure compliance with all local regulations, health and safety standards, and industry best practices.
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for MEP-related questions from clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Provide technical expertise and support during the commissioning and startup of new pool systems.
Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates on MEP progress.
Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify training needs.
Foster a positive and productive work environment focused on teamwork and continuous improvement.
Conduct final inspections and testing of all MEP systems to ensure proper functionality and performance before project handover.
Ensure that the services provided are of the highest quality and in line with company services standards.
Identify opportunities for business growth and contribute to the development of new service offerings.
Conduct tool box talks with the Technicians.
