REQUIREMENTS

1. Qualified Electrical or Mechanical Engineer having exposure, knowledge and experience in working of MEP Services.
2. Proven Track Record on completing projects.
3. 3+ years’ experience, out of which minimum 2 years in UAE in well reputed MEP companies.
4. Employment Contract duration shall be for minimum 4 years (renewable)

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

1) Preparation of Evaluation of Tender / Contract documents and Bill of Quantities
2) Quantification of Variations as per revised drawings / specification and follow-up with Main Contracts / Project Managers for Site Work Instruction. (SWI)
3) Provide and maintain all backup documentation required for substations of claims / invoices.
4) Preparation of forecasts, budgets and cost control measures.
5) Maintenance and control of records related to all commercial activities as required by the contract conditions.
9) Forwarding contractual correspondences to the Main Contractor / Project Manager and Sub-contracts related to the contractual issues.
Estimation Engineer (MEP):
1) Preparation of Preliminary estimation, Budget estimation, Detailed estimation (With Rate Analysis)
2) Visiting site / attending pre-bid meetings.
3) Sending enquiries and obtaining prices, analyze prices, prepare material and labor cost estimation and bid price
5) Conducting negotiations, Identification of cost or pricing data submitted during the negotiations and relied upon in reaching a settlement.
6) Preparation of List of Technical Queries for Consultant clarification.
7) Quantity take-off
8) Prepare technical and commercial bid, follow up until finalization.
