Description:
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MEP installations or systems.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team for complex tasks.
- Collaborate with engineers to suggest improvements or modifications.
- Plan material and equipment needs, ensuring timely availability and delivery to the site.
- Monitor daily operations and address any issues or delays in the execution of MEP works.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other construction professionals to align MEP activities with project schedules.
- Lead and manage a team of MEP technicians, subcontractors, and workers on-site.
- Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials used, and labor hours.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Hands-on experience with MEP tools, equipment, and installation techniques.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per mont
