• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MEP installations or systems.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team for complex tasks.
• Collaborate with engineers to suggest improvements or modifications.
• Plan material and equipment needs, ensuring timely availability and delivery to the site.
• Monitor daily operations and address any issues or delays in the execution of MEP works.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other construction professionals to align MEP activities with project schedules.
• Lead and manage a team of MEP technicians, subcontractors, and workers on-site.
• Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials used, and labor hours.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Hands-on experience with MEP tools, equipment, and installation techniques.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
