• Review MEP drawings and specifications to plan and execute work efficiently.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams for smooth installation of MEP systems.
• Supervise and assign tasks to MEP technicians, ensuring quality and timely completion of fit-out works.
• Plan and manage materials, tools, and manpower for daily site activities.
• Monitor MEP installation progress, identify issues, and propose solutions.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, DEWA, and other local authorities.
• Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems before handover.
• Maintain safety standards and enforce best practices on-site.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for smooth execution of work.
