Description
Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Maintenance Supervisor based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, with some work-from-home flexibility. The MEP Maintenance Supervisor will oversee daily maintenance activities, ensuring the smooth operation of equipment and systems through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. The role involves supervising maintenance staff, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining records of all maintenance activities. The Supervisor will also ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements. Leading the repair & maintenance team to fix defects of all stores to a daily schedule Ensure no and / or limited and agreed interruption to the operation caused by equipment breakdown Saving energy (giving standard calculation of KWH daily use of each store, training and follow up on implementations Training on store team of basic use of equipment, air con and lighting and basic preventive and construction sharing best practice of energy saving projects Feedback on material use, location of M&E use, location of M&E equipment during design and construction Negotiate with suppler/contractors where required (3rd party) Attendance and updating of R & M works at relevant meetings Qualifications Supervisory Skills Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance skills Maintenance & Repair and Troubleshooting skills Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is preferred Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
