The combination of our programme management and project manager. #LI-HT1 Job Description Location: Delhi NCR Experience: 8–10 years Industry: Data Centers / Industrial / Mission-Critical Projects Role Summary We are looking for an experienced MEP Manager to lead Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing works for large‑scale Data Center projects in Delhi NCR. The role involves managing end‑to‑end MEP design coordination, execution, quality, vendor management, and ensuring compliance with global data center standards. Key Responsibilities Oversee complete MEP planning, design coordination, and execution for data center projects. Ensure compliance with ASHRAE, NFPA, IEEE, IS codes, and data‑center–specific standards (Tier II/III/IV). Coordinate with design consultants, PMC, OEMs, contractors, and internal stakeholders. Review MEP drawings, load calculations, SLDs, HVAC designs, fire-fighting layouts, etc. Monitor project progress, quality, timelines, and cost control. Conduct MEP testing & commissioning, including UPS systems, transformers, chillers, CRAC/CRAHS, STP/RO, DG systems. Manage vendor evaluation, BOQ verification, and techno-commercial analysis. Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and project governance. Qualifications B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline. 8–10 years of experience in MEP execution for data center / mission-critical / industrial projects. Strong understanding of HT/LT systems, UPS, cooling systems (DX/Chiller), fire suppression & plumbing systems. Hands-on experience with testing & commissioning of major MEP equipment. Ability to manage multiple contractors and fast‑paced project environments. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
