KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

1. Prepare and review variation orders, claims and contractor/subcontractor payments.
2. Oversee MEP procurement activities and coordinate with the procurement team.
3. Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
4. Supervise MEP teams and ensure compliance with safety, and regulatory standards.
5. Provide regular updates to GM or Operation Manager on project progress and risks.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelors in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
2. 10+ years of MEP Experience in the UAE, with 3+ years in a managerial role.
3. Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations and authority procedure’s role.
4. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, project management tools is a plus.
5. Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
