We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated MEP Manager to join our team in Italy. This role offers the opportunity to lead the delivery of essential MEP systems on large-scale data centre construction projects, working alongside a dedicated and skilled team.

• Oversee and manage the entire MEP scope, from design coordination through to commissioning and handover.
• Lead and coordinate MEP subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Review designs, specifications, and drawings to ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
• Manage budgets and schedules for MEP works, ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget.
• Implement robust quality assurance processes to ensure all MEP installations meet MiCiM’s high standards.
• Uphold MiCiM’s commitment to health and safety by enforcing strict site safety protocols.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead the commissioning phase, ensuring all systems are fully operational and meet performance requirements before project handover
