This includes coordination with consultants, contractors, design teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality MEP systems. Key Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end MEP execution, installation, and commissioning. Coordinate with architectural, structural, and design teams for seamless integration. Review and approve MEP drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and vendor submissions. Monitor MEP work progress, quality, safety, and compliance with standards. Oversee testing & commissioning of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems. Manage contractors, track timelines, and ensure adherence to project schedules. Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and ensure quality assurance. Prepare progress reports and support project leadership with updates. Qualifications Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering. 8–10 years of experience in MEP execution for: Data Centers / Commercial Buildings / Industrial Facilities / Hospitality (as applicable). Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, HT/LT electrical systems, plumbing networks, and fire-fighting systems. Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings (MEP, SLDs, layouts, shop drawings). Good understanding of local codes, IS standards, NFPA guidelines, and safety norms. Excellent communication, coordination, and vendor‑management skills.
