JOB SUMMARY:

The MEP Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC and Plumbing aspects of a construction project from planning to execution. This role involves managing subcontractors, coordinating with civil teams, ensuring compliance with local regulations and project specifications, and delivering the project on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 12–15 years of experience in MEP project management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale residential, commercial, or industrial MEP projects.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities for inspections and approvals.
  • Ensure timely procurement and delivery of MEP materials and equipment.
  • Manage on-site MEP installation and commissioning processes.
  • Track project progress and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
  • Identify and resolve design, coordination, or construction issues.
  • Evaluate contractor performance and manage project risks proactively.
