JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an experienced MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Project Manager to oversee the coordination and execution of MEP systems in construction projects. The ideal candidate will manage on-site MEP activities, ensure adherence to plans and specifications, and work closely with project teams to maintain schedules and quality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 7+ years of experience in MEP construction, with a focus on large-scale commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and blueprints.
• Proven leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

  Pay: $150,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Manage and oversee all on-site MEP systems, including installation, inspection, and testing.
• Coordinate work with general contractors, subcontractors, and trades to ensure project timelines are met.
• Review project plans, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure compliance with design standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality control.
• Address and resolve any MEP-related issues or discrepancies during construction.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure all work adheres to local codes and regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure smooth execution of MEP components.
