Job Title: MEP Project Manager
Contract Type: Contract / Freelance (12+ Months)
Start Date: ASAP
Security Clearance: Required – Must be eligible to obtain airport security clearance
Salary/Contract Fee: Negotiable based on experience

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in MEP project management, ideally within aviation or large-scale infrastructure
  • Strong understanding of UK building regulations and airport operational standards
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, BIM etc)
  • Must be eligible to obtain airport security clearance (background checks required)
