Job Title: MEP Project Manager

Security Clearance: Required – Must be eligible to obtain airport security clearance

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in MEP project management, ideally within aviation or large-scale infrastructure
• Strong understanding of UK building regulations and airport operational standards
• Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, BIM etc)
• Must be eligible to obtain airport security clearance (background checks required)

ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and driven MEP Project Manager to oversee delivery on a infrastructure project at a London-based airport. This is a long-term contract opportunity for a professional with a strong background in complex, high-security environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage full lifecycle delivery of MEP systems
• Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and airport stakeholders
• Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of all MEP services
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality
• Ensure full compliance with airport safety protocols and regulatory frameworks
• Provide regular reporting and risk management updates to senior leadership
